Palmetto Swords is happy to accept returns on new, unused purchases within 30 days of customer receipt. Please use our contact form and include your order number to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition you received them, with all original tags, packaging, and included accessories intact. Blades must show no signs of use, including but not limited to sharpening, edge wear, nicks, or oxidation. Protective gear (masks, gloves, jackets, etc.) must be free of sweat, odor, or visible wear consistent with training use. Items that show evidence of use will not be eligible for return and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
Customers will be responsible for paying shipping fee, items can be sent via an approved shipping method (UPS/USPS/FedEx), or a label created and deducted from the refund amount.
Returns may be subject to a 15% restocking fee, depending on item availability. Returns not accepted on custom, made to order items. If accepted, refunds will be issued within a week of item receipt.
