Dragon King Baika Tanto

Designed by Frenchie Jin for the Dragon King forge, the Baika Tanto features a plum blossom (baika) motif carried through gold-plated oriole menuki and matching saya and sageo. The blade uses san-mai construction, a traditional Japanese lamination method where a hard steel core is forge-welded between two layers of softer steel, giving the edge strong wear resistance while the softer outer layers add toughness.

The handle is fully wrapped in genuine ray skin for a firm, secure grip. This tanto pairs as a companion piece to the Tatsumaki Katana (sold separately) for those building a matched set.
